Testimonials
MA Sport & International Development | L3 Personal Trainer | Everyday Athlete
I began my coaching career in 2016.
As an everyday athlete I was driven by a curiosity of jumping into the unknown and getting stuck in with Marathon, Ironman and Hyrox events.
As I matured as a coach, I began training with real structure and intent, turning well-intentioned effort into a training framework that helped me maximise my time in the gym, achieve real progress, and enjoy every session.
My role as a coach is simple: Draw on my experience to remove the guesswork and ensure every session has purpose aligned to your goals.
My coaching ethos is built on 3 key principles:
Structure: A clear framework that gives every session direction.
Progress: Benchmarks that allow you to feel and see your progress over time.
Play: Whatever your sport, play with more strength, power, speed and confidence.
