I began my coaching career in 2016.
As an everyday athlete I was driven by a curiosity of jumping into the unknown and getting stuck in with Marathon, Ironman and Hyrox events.
As I matured as a coach, I began training with real structure and intent, turning well-intentioned effort into a training framework that helped me maximise my time in the gym, achieve real progress, and enjoy every session.
My biggest asset is drawing on years of coaching and personal experience to take the guesswork out of training and ensure every session is purposeful, efficient and progressive.
My coaching ethos is built on 3 key principles:
Structure: A clear framework that gives every session direction.
Progress: Benchmarks that allow you to feel and see your progress over time.
Play: Whatever your sport, play with more strength, power, speed and confidence.
